ACHIEVING OBJECTIVE
The institute has played a dignified role in achieving its objective by providing the Nursery Teachers Training Course centre in all over U.P., Uttaranchal, Parts of Himanchal Pradesh etc since 1988, and trained more than 15000 students in last 21 years of training. The trained girls/women who are serving as teachers in schools of repute.

OUR AIM
In the context of rapid education and economic development it is felt that general education system is not adequate to meet the growing demands of the diversifying economy. It is generally felt that there is much need for growing children to have better systematic education by proper trained teachers that is why by Teacher Vocational Training, should be seen as not merely in terms creating positive attitude towards works and  general increases in the skill base among the students but also as a strategy for giving a full package of competence required for wage and self employment to meet the man-power needs on various sectors.

 The Shah Shanti Shikshan Sansthan is the leading, reliable  and reputed organization  and  one of the most progressive  education institutions of India. The Shah Shanti Shikshan  Sansthan was constituted in 1988.
   Shah Shanti Shikshan Sansthan is a govt registered body by U.P. Govt under the Govt of  India Act under section-XXI 1860. Dated 18/05/1988 and is also recognized as a charitable  trust by ministry of finance under section 12AA of income tax no. 118/14/01-02, since 1991.
   The Shah Shanti Shikshan Sansthan is an educational organization started Nursery  Teachers Training Course at all over India since 1988, with the help and co-operation of  educational experts in with the view to trained the unemployed educated girls/women,  particularly scheduled caste/tribes and backwards so that they may impart education based  on modern lines to pre school children with stress on moral intellectual, physical and social  personality as it was found that there was no proper/sufficient training for teachers in India  for pre school going children.
   At present more than 60 centres are running in a different in districts of U.P., Uttaranchal &  Himanchal Pradesh and recently started in Rajasthan & Haryana.
